Elastic wristbands are always a great product to have in your gymbag. If you are looking for support for your wrists or just want to be able to lift a few extra kilos, give our wrist bands a shot!
We see more and more customers using wristbands, both for crossfit, functional training and for powerlifting. Supporting the wrists during heavy lifting can prevent injury and or contribute to a rehabilitation process. We do not recommend that you use your new wristbands for every workout, because your wrists can get used to the support that our wristbands provide, thus potentially losing strength in your wrists. Use them instead smartly, for example. rehabilitation, for your Max lifts or for injury prevention.
