Description
Our new generation 4.0 grips are an upgrade of our old 3.0 design. In addition to the fact that the shape itself has been changed to a more comfortable and stronger design, we have also added an extra strong back, made of super fibres.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or very experienced, these crossfit carbon fingerless grips are always a safe choice for a better grip. Our carbon coated gymnastics grips are among the most sold on the Danish market and there is a good reason for that!
Do you love having the option to quickly switch between using your grips in the bar during workouts, but if you don't want to wear them when working with a barbell or similar, then our fingerless design is a great option for you
We recommend wearing a pair of sweatbands under your grips to increase comfort and minimize the risk of wrist abrasions. You can find our sweatbands here

Size guide
Measure from the base of the hand to the middle of the middle finger. (This model does not get wider the higher the size, the model just gets longer, therefore you can easily go one size above what you have measured yourself for)
Medium = 0 - 13.5 CM
Large = 13.5 - 15.5 CM
Extra large = 15.5 CM +
